We enjoyed a fabulours luncheon at Silverado to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We started with a sparkling reception featuring a Schramsberg Brut Rose. We featured wines from our cellar with lunch including the 2006 Grasso Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Chapellet Chardonnay.
Luncheon Menu
First Course
Curried sweet potato bisque, crème fraiche, espelette
Second Course
Shrimp and fennel salad, avocado, basil oil
Entrée
Pan seared lamb chop, saffron risotto,
roasted pepper relish, mint, maitake mushrooms
A vegetarian option was also available.
Dessert
Apple tart, cinnamon Chantilly cream
